The person must be well spoken and love customers and must have managed waiters before. Doing inductions and training. Must monitor performance and do appraisals i,e average spend per head etc. The candidate must understand customer service, getting the waiters to upsell, store hygiene, pilot system, excel spread sheets and must be well motivated in order to give customer excellence.

it will be a major advantage if you have worked in a restaurant industry before before. Previous employment references are definitely a must. The company is focusing on customer excellence and we need someone who understand this and who can deliver results.
