Mainly responsible for answering Presto delivery incoming calls and taking orders over the phone

Principal Accountabilities: Performs job tasks as assigned to him/her by the immediate supervisor. Prompt, and courteous greeting of customers upon calling. Fast taking of orders over the phone (not exceeding 2 minutes). Familiar with the delivery areas and regions covered by the store’s delivery system. Accurate handling of cash monies paid by delivery drivers. Should know the Presto menu items and make suggestive selling to customers. Sells and promotes over the phone. Reports customer needs and handles complaints. Fast operation of the POS system. Should know and be friendly with all the POS features. Observes work schedules, and carries on all assigned duties conscientiously.

Counts the shift opening balance of his/her cash register. Keeps the cash register in his/her custody as clean and organized as possible. Closes the cash register under control of the dispatcher or supervisor, and handles the opening balance to the next shift. Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned. Should record, forward and handle customer complaints professionally Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
