Office based Female PA, Admin Assistant in Century City, Century City, Cape Town. Company Name: Magner Properties. The owner of a boutique estate agency is looking for an office based female PA/Admin assistant in Century City.

Applicants to fulfil the following minimum criteria: Excellent spoken and written English. Minimum qualification: Matric with maths. Drivers licence and own car essential. Fully computer literate (preferably excellent) computer skills with all MS office programs. Must be highly organised and self disciplined. Preferably live near to the Milnerton area.

Duties will include but not be limited to: Typing up documents on word and invoices on excel. Filing, scanning and saving documents to cloud based folders. Meeting with and coordinating contractors, cleaners and photographers. Maintaining lists of moving dates, contractors, contacts to name a few.

General admin support (calendar management, emails, errands) and client assistance. Using and updating various online portals for example a CRM and property24 back end Very important you will be in charge of an accounting software package to manage a rental agency. Full training is given but a good understanding of online systems and a methodical organised way of thinking will be an advantage. Regular office hours with a possibility of some weekend hours. Salary of R7 000-R10 000 depending on the applicants suitability.
