Qualifications / Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in Credit Department. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint). Energetic, independent, self-motivated and hard working. Possess excellent initiative, strong sense of responsibility and good judgement. Good team player with a positive mindset. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with individuals at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and be able to deliver accurate work in a tight time-frame.
Key Performance Areas: Work with Credit Controller to streamline processing of customer registration / credit applications. Conduct credit and other checks on customers. Perform fraud checks and verify all customer account information and customer references. Liaise with customers and internal departments on all credit related issues. Ensure smooth running of credit department administration. Ensure accurate record keeping. General admin associated with a position of this nature.
