Junior Admin Assistant Wanted, Sandton, Johannesburg. Company Name: Moriri. Job brief Seeking a well presented, admin orientated person to provide personalised admin support.You will work on a variety of tasks related to the Team’s role and division in our small company.

Responsibilities: Virtual Office admin support. Produce reports, presentations and briefs when necessary. Manage various online portals. Any further duties as requested from time to time.

Requirements: At least 2-3 years’ work experience as a personal assistant or in an office admin related role. MS Office proficiency essential(word, excel, powerpoint, outlook). Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to use own initiative when necessary. Own vehicle a bonus. Excellent telephone etiquette.

Attention to detail: Ability to thrive under pressure and during busy seasons, whilst working under tight deadlines.

Salary and Benefits: Salary will be R30 an hour for first 6 months (If after 6 months we are happy with performance thus far,salary will move to R40 an hour). Working Hours: 7am to 5pm (Monday to Friday).
