The below requirements are essential: Responding to employee and customer emails. Answering customer calls and assisting customers with their inquiries. Attend to the needs of customers and employees. Compile job reports. Compile updates to the client. Capturing invoices. Booking of collections and tracking of collections. Coordinate office and administrative tasks. Placing stock orders with suppliers when stock runs low. Monitoring of vehicle activities and fuel expenditures.

The below requirements are essential: Grade 12, Minimum 2 years experience, Able to work odd hours and flexible, Computer literate and Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, outlook, Driver license, Clear criminal record. Checks to be conducted. Salary R8000 - R10000 per month.
