About this position: The recruitment/marketing manager is a joint position that needs to be filled by one person due to the intertwining of the two aspects of recruitment and marketing which go hand in hand within the company.

The marketing/recruitment manager will be responsible for growing the agent network within the company as well as the implementation of marketing strategies for the company as a whole.

Responsibilities: Recruitment, Grow the network/team of agents via all methods of recruitment including adverts on all free online portals including but not limited to Gumtree, Junkmail, Pnet. As well as the use of all social media platforms on a daily basis.

Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets set of number of new agents contacted, recruited and onboarded. The specific targeting of both local and international estate agents and setting time aside daily to make contact with them with the main aim of recruiting them. Replying via email to all recruitment inquiries and replies on adverts. Replying to all social media comments and messages as they come through. Scheduling time daily to cold call. Market the global brand to other Estate Agencies and recruit the agencies as a whole to become part of the larger umbrella brand.

Schedule monthly recruitment roadshows in Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Kimberly, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth. This includes the full panning, marketing, booking of venues and implementation of roadshow. Scheduling and implementing weekly online recruitment events and seminars. Present the seminars both live and online. Creating of databases of prospective agents and people who could possibly join our network.

Marketing Putting together formal marketing strategies for the growth of the national/global agent network as well as for the growth of the operational agency. Liaise with various marketing agencies in the paid marketing campaigns for both recruitment as well as for the operational company. Daily posts on all social media for both the recruitment and operational arms of the company. Advertising monthly roadshows and online seminars on all social media platforms. Implementation of the roadshows.

Requirements: Matric and further qualifications within the respective marketing and recruitment fields. Fully computer literate. Previous experience in mass recruitment and business development. Must have good telephone and presentation skills. Hard working, systematic and diligent. Able to set goals and exceed them. Must have impeccable time management skills. Ability to travel.

This is a position with salary, commission and further incentives on targets met. After the successful completion of the initial three-month probation period, the employee will jump a permanent salary with a heightened incentive program. ONLY email applications accepted.
