Recruitment Administrator / Sourcing Specialist - Durbanville, CT, Durbanville, Northern Suburbs, Company Name: HR Talent Partner. A very well-established Recruitment and Labour Relations company is looking for a “Recruitment Administrator / Sourcing Specialist” to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Durbanville, Cape Town.

As a Recruitment Administrator / Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies.

You will have to attract candidates by firstly sourcing the candidate and now and again drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking and headhunting. You will screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, Credit Reports and finally match them to the clients and arrange interviews.

Responsibilities: The role is demanding and diverse and involves the following Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers; Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be employed or unemployed; Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy; Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client and send it to the managing member who is in charge of submissions to the client as well as client relations; Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client; Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question; Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client; Preparing your communication before you source candidates; On client request do background, reference, credit and criminal checks; Regularly checking your connections and follow up immediately; Marketing the companies services to potential new clients whether it is open positions or any HR-related duties;

CVs save on the database to build the candidate database;

You will have to answer all Email Responses daily and provide the necessary feedback;

When you receive a CV, please check and screen it to see if it matches up to the client's requirements, any preferences given, skills, technologies, job description/position details, etc;

After a suitable CV has been found, you will be responsible to draw up a candidate submission summary to your managing member;

Answering the phone and redirecting or transferring the phone call to the specified individual or taking messages from the caller;

Prepare the candidate for the interview;

Sent our SMS reminders the day before to remind candidates regarding their interviews;
