Shift Manager, fast food restaurant (North Side)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Evening
Salary: $10.75 to $12.00 Hourly for 36 hours per week, Life Insurance Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Setting: Restaurant
Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
