The responsibilities include the following: Engaging with customers to obtain FICA documents. Completing applications for individuals and companies on various online platforms. Generating quotes as and when required. Meet administrative requirements by SLA parameters, in a processing environment. ( Investments and risk). Liaise with product owners as and when necessary to ensure new business is completed and approved.

General Duties Requirements: Matric, preferably part degree/diploma. 3 to 5 years+ experience as an administrator. Product and process knowledge (Investments & Risk). Good Communication Skills. Passionate about People and Investments.
