Unique opportunity for a dynamic, organized, well presented and well-spoken individual who would like to get to know the tax industry inside out while dealing with and assisting in servicing individual tax clients under the guidance of a fully qualified and experienced tax practitioner.

No previous experience in the finance or tax industry necessary but minimum 1 year working experience in an office environment required.

The successful candidate must be/ have: Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Proven track record to build and keep client relations. Proven time management and organizational skills. Able to type accurately and have strong attention to detail. A problem solver with analytical thinking. Results driven and able to function in a high-pressure environment. Deadline orientated. Reliable transport to travel to and from work each day. Sober habits. Willing to work in an open plan office. A fast learner and willing to take on new challenges.

Main Responsibilities: Intermediary between the company and client. Managing email and allocating documents to the database. Phoning a customer base for relevant information and documents. Facilitate a case until it can be presented for a quote. Phoning third parties to obtain information and documents. Dealing with customer complaints and queries. Be able to delegate certain tasks to other departments. Working along with other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction and quick turnaround times.

Qualifications: Minimum matric. Computer literate in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Please send your CV along with a copy of your matric certificate. Salary: R8000 - 9000 negotiable.
