We are looking for a dynamic Work from Home Back-Office Agent based in Johannesburg or Cape Town to join our team.
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts between 07:00am to 22:00pm (Monday to Sunday). Subject to change depending on industry requirements
Benefits: Salary R8000 pm, Shift Allowance, Work in the comfort of your home.
Requirements: Passed Matric, Clear Criminal Record.
Work Experience Requirements: Candidate should have a minimum of 6 to 12 months administration work experience. Must have experience in sales (can be in a call centre or face to face sales).
Main areas of responsibility: Verify customers documentations. Provide case information and assist prospective customers. Meets or exceeds daily productivity standards in line with set quality standards and meets all service level timelines. Motivate and support co-workers to attain team and department goals. Use feedback to identify opportunities for continual performance improvement. Display flexibility for other issues/tasks as they arise.
