Currently, we are recruiting an experienced Head Butcher (Sous Chef), for the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa. The candidate should be already a Head Butcher and confident and knowledgeable in handling a high volume and very busy multi-outlet operation. A hands-on, swift, organized, and clean work attitude is key to success. Chef should be flexible and collaborative and maintain a good work relationship with all staff members, head chefs, purchasing & executive office.
