The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing documents such as Representation Contracts, Purchase Agreements, Closing statements, Sales Deeds, and Leases. Promote properties using social media marketing tools through advertisement, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Applicants only with real estate experience will be expected.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree. 2 years of experience in a Sales role. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability multi-task and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office.
