Urgently looking for The Clinical Facilitator within the Cape Town area to be responsible for the facilitation of teaching and learning of the theoretical and clinical components in a clinical environment to reinforce the learning process as well as the integration of theory and practice to reinforce the learning process.

Requirements: Registered as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council or equivalent NQF 7. Must be experienced or trained in all Wards including Maternity and ICU. Preferably assessor and moderator trained. Appropriate qualification in Education.

Key skills and responsibilities: Coaching / Leadership. Decision Making. Customer focus and service delivery. Teamwork, Technical Support, Experience, Experience in the clinical nursing environment. Minimum two years of working experience as a Registered Nurse. Research literacy. Intermediate computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of stakeholder relationship management.
