Property Accounting Manager Stellenbosch, Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands. Property Accounting Manager/Stellenbosch - Our client a leading Property Investment Company has a vacancy for a Property Accounting Manager, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Requirements: Bcom or equivalent. SAIPA/SAICA registration is not required however beneficial. Articles or experience at small audit/accounting practice beneficial or similar work experience. Intermediate excel skills. 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience. Behavioral Competency. Work well under pressure; Deadline driven; High degree of accuracy; Analytical; Manage a team; Excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities: Assist financial manager with operational and financial reporting in the subsidiaries. Review and/or prepare management packs. Prepare annual financial statements and supporting schedules. Updating of centralized regional reports for review. Review VAT calculations and submissions/VAT Audits. Ad hoc analysis and tasks may be required from time to time which can include documenting business processes defined in meetings. Review/prepare tax computations, calc prov tax payments, and dividend payouts.

Assist with vat verifications, IT14SD, and other SARS-related tax queries. Review/Prepare annual financial statements. Review and manage the process of preparing audit files and attending/managing auditor queries where applicable. Guide/assist and manage a team of accountants. Financial reporting to shareholders. Salary: R25 – R30K.
