Work Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years experience in a Customer Service or banking environment. Grade 12/Matric qualification, Strong in Microsoft word & excel. Must have OA/Telecoms industry experience. Telephone and email etiquette. Speed and accuracy in typing as calls are logged. Timeous handling of administrative duties & completion of work. Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment.

Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Good time management skills.
