Operations Manager needed (R20 - R22k pm), Mitchell's Plain, Cape Flats. Company Name: Fuel site. Main Purpose. To Control, oversee, and manage the fuels forecourt and retail store of the site to the standards set by the employer.

Responsibilities: General management. Implementation, control & application of all company policies & procedures as per staff code of conduct. Complete daily opening & closing procedures checklist. Performance daily shift changing and ensure all shifts are balanced and checked. Capturing, Processing. Reconciliations & Reporting.

Creditors / Debtors Management: Processing, Reconciliations, and Payments. Maintaining health & safety standards about Fuel company standards. Adhoc Duties. Stock control Complete daily / weekly Wetstock management. Ensuring correct product quality & quantity on receipt from suppliers. Recoup from staff all losses of stock through wastage, theft & or negligence for following the correct procedures.

HR Duties: Perform all HR functions including timetables & shift management, staff selection, conducting regular staff meetings, training, and disciplinary hearings. Customer relations. Requirements( Non Negotiable). 3+ years experience in the fuel industry or 6+ management experience in retail.

Strong attention to detail, highly numerate. Winbranch POS system experience advantageous. SIGMA (SPAR) back office experience is advantageous. Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel). Proficient in the English Language. Xhosa as an additional language is advantageous. Deadline and Result orientated. Be Proactive. Organized, methodical, accurate, and analytical.

Conflict resolution skills. No Criminal record ( vetting will be done ). Highly flexible in performing a variety of duties. Demonstrated ability to work independently, and in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure where required. Own personal transport. Preferably Southern Suburbs / Mitchells Plain area. Job Type: Full-time

Working hours: 6 days a week Standby for after-hours emergencies. Off days will be provided to include at least 2 Sundays including off weekends.

CTC: R240,000 p.a. to R260,000 p.a. depending on experience. (R20K to R22Kpm). Includes provident fund (after probation) and fuel allowance.

6 month probation period is applicable. Employment Equity Position. Education: Diploma (Preferred). Position available from May 2022 ( provisional ), training will be provided.
