Job opportunity: Position: Welder and General Trailer Maintenance. Dzong Trailers based in Limpopo requires a dynamic and result-driven individual who is Energetic, dedicated and self-disciplined to work in its growing trailer rental business.

Requirements: Knowledge of ARC and CO2 Welding. Understanding of different steel types. 1-year welding experience. Drivers licence. Knowledge of bearing changing. Grade 9 to Grade 12 or Technical school certificate will be added advantage.

Duties: The successful candidate will be Responsible for Repairing and maintaining Trailers across company Branches. Re-building of broken Trailers. Daily testing of the trailer's lights and wiring, Daily pumping of trailer tyres.

Washing and maintaining dirty trailers, Repair defective trailers by making sure all trailers are functional, roadworthy and safe to operate, Regularly service all trailers, Service customer trailers on request, Hitching and unhitching trailers to and from customer vehicles, Check trailers for defects or damage on return by the customer,

Assist with: Monthly Spares Stock Take, Weekly Office Stock Take, Weekly Tools Stock Take. Receives calls for booking, Records the amount received and issuing of invoices to customers. Train new Branch Operators when required.

The candidate should possess the following attributes/skills: Be Honest, Be Reliable, Be Enthusiastic, Be Punctual, Show Attention To Detail, Have Excellent Verbal/Communication Skills (The Business Language is English), and Be a Team Player, The Position is based on rotational in Malamulele, Thohoyandou and Giyani. Starting Salary R4500 per month. Travelling will on the company cost or vehicle. Credit and background checks will be conducted on the successful candidate as cash handling is involved. The successful candidate will be on probation for six months before a permeant position based on performance.
