Quality Inspector / East London – The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry and Core skills must include: FMEA. PPAP. APQP, MSA. A forklift license will be advantageous. It will suit someone close to the IDZ area.

Requirements: Grade 12/Matric. 2 years experience in manufacturing quality (automotive will be advantageous). Must be experienced in FMEA, PPAP, APQP & MSA. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Valid Driver’s License and own transport essential. Job Stability is crucial.

Knowledge and experience in Inspection of incoming goods. Verification of COC results. Conduct product/dock audits as per audit schedule. Verify conformity of products running in production (Using checking fixtures and scale). Coordinate calibration of measuring equipment with Quality Technician. Inspect and verify checking fixtures according to the inspection plan. Control and oversee the rework process. Report any non-conformities identified from incoming inspection and production line. Coordinate MSA studies as and when required. Coordinate capability studies as and when required.

Salary: R7,800 basic + overtime.
