PV Consult a new independent solar consulting company is urgently looking to hire a technical / admin for Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint admin. Based on WOODSTOCK or ability to get in 9-5 pm. They will work closely with the Director and staff of the company to deliver consulting reports on commercial solar opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be young and very bright, proactive so that if we engage in training can absorb the below. The roles below are not limited to this description.

Perform data modeling on a client’s electricity consumption, working CSV files in Excel, and posting to PowerPoint. Undertake Helios cope program to a base level. Perform cash flows for proposals/ combination Excel / PowerPoint. Execute proposals to be presented to clients of High-Quality ability to check own work and that of others. Create and send out quotes, invoices, statements, and recons when necessary. Manage the client database, insert drop-down boxes

JOB Requirements: High-level Experience in excel is a MUST, min requirements ability to do graphs and formulas. Experience in google sheets and cloud storage. Additional Microsoft office experience in Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint to a mid or high level. Must be highly numerate and comfortable working with numbers, mentally and on PC. Any related solar experience is an advantage.

Additional Skills: Excellent time management skills. Deadline driven. Line & Social Media Expert eg Linked In. Able to work in a high-pressured environment. Be open to change, adaptable, and flexible. Willing to learn and grow. Attention to detail and accuracy drove.
