Looking for Investor Relations within Group Finance Relations. Senior Manager, Investor Relations is responsible for managing communication with the investor and analyst community and rating agencies and acting as an internal advisor on market-related matters.

Job Purpose: Play a key role in developing and executing ENBD’s global Investor Relations strategy by actively participating in meetings with analysts, investors, and rating agencies. Offer a regional macroeconomic perspective. Maintain proactive, timely, and consistent communication with investors and analysts through face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings, telephone calls, and written requests. Serve as a key contact in the absence of the Head of IR. Prepare all written IR material for Quarterly Results such as Press Releases, Results presentations, Q&As, and other ad hoc requests.

Prepare briefing presentations and questions for ENBD’s senior management and arrange/participate in these presentations.

Thorough understanding of financial statements and ability to articulate financial concepts in simple terms. Coordinate with functions within Group Finance and all Business and Support functions within the Group. Maintain and constantly improve Investor Relations messages including the quarterly results disclosures, annual shareholders meetings, and Rating Agency presentations.

Close interaction with the CEO, Group CFO, Group Corporate Affairs, Legal, Group Marketing, Human Resources, International and Business Units ( Global Markets & Treasury, Corporate & Institutional Banking, Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Emirates Islamic, DenizBank,).

Qualifications – External

Job Specifications: Masters's degree in Finance Related subject or Professional qualification. Previous experience (minimum 6 years) in Banking / Financial Services (preferably in Finance, Research functions). Strong Analytical Skills and excellent financial analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Knowledge of Bloomberg financial platform. Strong financial literacy and attention to detail. Commercial acumen, an enquiring mind, and an understanding of the market and financial dynamics.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly to business and finance colleagues internally and analysts and investors externally. Ability to manage a team of 2-3. Capability to work under own initiative and pressure, to deliver high-quality work to a tight deadline. A team player, able to supervise and manage staff and enhance learning and development of the team.
