Seeking a developer to collaborate with for a new SaaS tech start-up company on a mission to help companies hire overall purposeful performers. The mandate is to revolutionise the recruiting industry, using cutting edge technology to provide an essential platform for businesses especially where hiring is a real challenge in the current state of our economy.

I'm currently in the ideation stage. I'm looking for a software engineer to collaborate with in developing the solution. This position will give someone a lot of flexibility to choose their preferred tech stack to create the MVP. This is a volunteer role in that there's no remuneration upfront but there's the option of equity in the business or salary that will be earned after raising an angel funding round.
