We are a Fit-out Company based in JAFZA and currently looking for a Project Documents Controller – AUH.

Job Responsibility/Requirements: Controlling company and project documentation. Following and improving document control procedures. Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards. Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion. Receives documents such as Material/Drawings submission / Method Statemen / Subcontractor, RFI, etc. Day to day Filing for all projects as per the company standard filing system. Typing business correspondence, List of Drawings, Condition of Contracts, Minutes of Meetings, etc to be submitted to the Clients, Consultant, Subcontractors/Suppliers.

Handles administrative documents such as attendance sheets, site passes, etc. Assist all the Engineers with all administrative work. Releases documents to the Client, Consultant & Subcontractors, etc. Preparation of Distribution Matrix and Conducting regular reviews and document audits. Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management & subordinates. Being able to work with one or more teams. Previous experience in Interior and Furniture company a must; minimum experience of 3 – 5 years.
