Responsibilities: Onsite management and coordination of the various disciplines including inter alia – builders, FF&E, Carpeting, Curtaining, and Artwork and Décor. Weekly Reports / including photos and progress status updates. Hosting Onsite Project meetings to review snags and identify targets. Notating and communicating all site deviations or variations. Snags to be addressed together with Designer / Marriott Global Design. Work with hotels loss prevention manager to maintain safe working conditions for all contractors and visitors. Maintain compliance and adherence to Marriott on-site working guidelines at all times.

Issuing Deviation / Variation orders and obtaining approval and managing the deviation listing. Completing the Room handover from builders to FF&E and signing off on progress on a bi-weekly basis to substantiate claims. Coordinating Building, FF&E installation, and Shopfitting. Out of scope – depending on the project status possibly Monday to Saturday. Salary will be based on experience.
