Immediate Hiring! We are looking for a customer service oriented Helpdesk Executive to join our HR Team and ensure that internal and external stakeholders. HR related concerns are attended to in a timely manner.

You will take ownership of our HR hotline, communicate resolutions to HR related calls, queries or requests and close calls as per company standards.

HR Helpdesk Executive agree qualified in HR or has equivalent HR Certifications.

Minimum of five years experience in an HR support or helpdesk function.

Experience in a call logging system is a must.

Multitasker, organized and has very good time management skills.

Excellent problem solver with an eye for detail.

Very good English communication skills is a must both written and verbal; Bilingual speaker is preferred.

Salary: AED 5000 per month.
