Financial Manager, Accountant – George, Eden, R 40 000 – R 55 000 p/m.

Requirements: BCom degree. Must have at least 5 – 7 years post graduation experience. Must have extensive experience drawing up financial statements.

Experience that is hugely beneficial: Financial management for housing estates is a big plus. Experience with HOA’s is a big advantage. Experience with Contractors and construction.

Duties: Running of the Financial Department.

Financial management: Income statements. Management reports, Journals, Legal financial compliance etc.

Debtors, Creditors, Payroll, Budget management.

Financial systems and practices: Controls, Compliance, Procurement etc. Annual financial statements, Financial modeling and variance analysis. Asset Register, Monthly reports. Salary: R 40 000 – R 55 000 p/m.
