Key areas of responsibility: Deboning of all fresh meat. Making of biltong & making of bacon. Weighing of Ribs & carcasses. Pickling of products. Sorting of meat into designated areas. Ensuring stock availability. Ensuring FIFO is maintained. Reporting to assistant manager or senior management.
