Responsibility: Recruitment and selection, Induction, HR administration EAP (Employee Assistance Program), Wiki - Assist with maintaining employee profiles on the Wiki, Benefit administration, Health and safety, Training, Terminations.

Staff wellness TaCOS - Load and remove new and terminated employees respectively on a monthly basis - Upload employee documents monthly. Capture and process employee leave monthly. Process monthly payroll on the ERP system, TaCOS. If you have not heard back in 4 days, you have not been shortlisted.
