Qualifications / Requirements: Relevant Degree/Diploma, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations/General Management, Strong leadership skills. Knowledge of Labour laws, Government regulations, and legal codes. Fluency in written and oral English and Xhosa is essential.

Key Performance Areas: Manage full office start-up and day-to-day operations: Develop and implement administrative/finance workflows, procedures, and standard quality controls. Manage company’s office lease in Mthatha and maintain office management systems. Purchase office equipment and furniture and maintain stock inventory. Oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of office facilities.

Ensure that the contractor monitors, maintains, and updates computer systems and networks, as well as provides responses to systems assistance promptly to service issues and user request

Human Resources: Coordinate recruitment, selection, and orientation of new staff. Keep abreast of labor legislation and manage employee relations.

Provide logistical and administrative support: Provide logistical support for events, conferences, and workshops.
