Retail Store Department Head
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $11.00 Hourly for 44 hours per week, Group Insurance Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Setting: Retail establishment
Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Elemental sales occupations
Specific Skills: Assign sales workers to duties, Sell merchandise
Additional Skills: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
Essential Skills: Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing
Other Information:The employer offers a base salary plus commission.
