Duties are as follows: Full debtors function (Must know Pastel Accounting). Raising customer invoices. Allocation of payments. Reconciling customers. Detail ledger. Issuing statements. Full creditors function Processing supplier invoices. Allocation of payments. Reconciling supplier. Detail ledgers with supplier statement. Cash book processing and Reconciling the current accountt and credit cards. Submitting returns through e-filing, VAT, PAYEE, UIF. Ensuring all accounting processing is done correctly and raising adjusting journals if necessary Adhoc.

Preparing year end for the external accountants. Assisting with ADHOC office administration duties. Must be able to read contracts of tenants and comprehend it.
