They deal with chiller plants, water treatment, IAQ analysis, Electrical and electronic infrastructure maintenance, remote monitoring of air-conditioning plants, energy optimization, and retrofit projects for HVAC systems.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience.

Responsibility: Responsible for but not limited to: Manage Project process, planning, procurement, implementation and review. Define HAVAC project objectives and goals on receipt of the contract. Prepares and manages Project financial budgets. Contract preparation, selection and management of third-party suppliers. Ensure QC checks documentation and materials and procedures in accordance with the project requirements. Handle all contractual delays and extension of time claims as per contract. Stakeholder management including claims and negotiation. Ensure adherence to company and customer policies and procedures.

Education: Matric / Grade 12. B.Eng (Mechanical Eng) / B.Tech(Mechanical Eng) National Diploma. Industrial Air-conditioning / HVAC System knowledge. MS Office (Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook). Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience with Industrial HVAC systems. 5 Years multi-million-rand turnkey Project Management. PR Eng / PR Tech or eligibility to register is advantageous.

Skills: Excellent leadership skills. Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team. Deadline orientated and work well under pressure.

Attention to detail: Excellent time management skills.
