Shop Security Guard, Parow, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Graystone auto. Required is a shop security guard whose primary role is Loss Prevention and Asset Protection. The Security guard works actively together with the store manager to prevent theft by the customers and also from staff.

Responsibilities: Searching of staff leaving the shop. Must fill in a form for all the staff movements during working hours. Ensure large bags are left at the parcel counter. Check if everything is properly secured at lockup time. Checking customers' slips. Report in detail any suspicious incidents. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, customers, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Qualifications & Competencies: At least a senior education certificate preferably matric. Tertiary qualification will be advantageous. Prior experience (At least 2 years). Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills.
