About the Position: We are looking for an IT Professional to join our team. You will act as the primary or secondary technical support contact for a few of our managed services clients. You’re accountable, trustworthy, and a great people person who’s good at building lasting relationships with your colleagues and our customers. You’re well-versed in all things technical, and all things Microsoft in particular. You keep up with tech trends and business trends. Snapshot of an IT Professionals responsibilities: Directly be responsible for enabling our customer’s business IT to perform at its best. Have a set schedule for onsite recurring visits to customers and obviously, we will ensure you have the best tools available to do the job efficiently. Provide technical support to our clients in line with Solid’s SLA’s. Effective problem management through root-cause analysis and problem resolution. Focus on Contract Efficiency through Technical Excellence in the work that you do. Escalate client issues and risks to the Service Delivery Manager or Account Manager.

What we need from you: Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer. Demonstrated experience in a Managed IT Services business. Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing with brilliant communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a way that our clients easily understand. Ambition and an eagerness to learn and improve yourself.

Technical skills required: Experience with problem-solving in a troubleshooting environment with Microsoft Server, Desktop and MAC Operating Systems. Experience with troubleshooting networks - LAN and wireless networks, firewalls, DHCP, DNS and TCIP. Vast experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange. Brilliant with a support ticketing system and beating SLA targets.

Past experience required: 3+ Years of IT Support experience.
