Job description: 1. Develop and maintain a filing system for the workshop. 2. Checking and inspecting company fleet daily. 3. Maintain the accurate tool registry for the workshop. 4. Maintain the accurate stock records. 5. Handle all the procumbent of spares , parts and workshop equipment. 6. Receive and check all materials received against the delivery notes. 7.Daily, weekly and monthly inventory management duties including  organizing and collecting stock & consumables for servicing machines and installations. 8. Prepare work orders for technicians. 9. Assign stock to work orders. 10. Assist in workshop and handling of warranties. 11. Assist in taking call for the workshop.
