Operation of bakery equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and support the bakery team and initiatives. Assist in bakery and deli training and merchandising. Staff Management, motivation and disciplining, teamwork. Customer relations. Direct, drive and meet sales with a goal of increased profitability growth. Purchasing, management and control of inventory; stock checks; control wastage. Health and Safety protocols. Serve as the leader, role model and coach to bakery team. General administration work.
