Junior Branch Manager Cape Town, Other, Cape Town. Junior Branch manager required for a large air-conditioning import & Export company based in Black Heath, Cape Town.

You must have the following skills and qualifications: Bilingual and computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel are essential. Must have a valid Driver's License. Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory / management position over at least 5 to 20 staff. Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills, Demonstrated success managing inventory, including auditing, forecasting, and planning. Must be able to drive productivity. Will be required to oversee all departments in the branch, Debtors, Operations / technical, and be responsible to ensure sales/market growth is achieved.

You must be customer centric and immediately responsive, a basic salary of between R9000 to R10000 is on offer with a commission structure as well.
