Medical Practice Manager needed in Durban Central, City Centre, Durban City. Medical practice manager, receptionist and administrator needed for A Doctors room in Durban Medical Centre.

The desired candidate should boast the following skills: Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills. Punctual. Have time management and record keeping skills. Compassionate. Discrete. Friendly and polite.

Qualifications and Experience: Have minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role. Matric certificate. A diploma or certificate in either business administration or similar would be an advantage. ICD 10 Coding experience. Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software suites. Must have a vehicle & a valid drivers' license. Telephonic skills.

Key Responsibilities: Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays. Welcoming of patients and visitors Operating phone lines (make and receive calls). Creating patient files and invoicing. Management of appointments. Patient billings submissions. Admin and filing. Liaising with other medical departments. Oversee and coordinate service providers to ensure that the practice is in a clean condition at all times.

Remuneration: R6500 per month. Salary progression will be based on performance reviews at regular intervals.
