As a social media coordinator, you’ll support your organization’s online community by monitoring the engagement on various social media platforms. More specifically you’ll get to: Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies

Publish content that meets the brand’s communication style

Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers

Stay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends

Help Social media representative in Responding to customer inquiries & comments formats on social platforms in a timely manner

Build relationships with the online community

Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to Social Media specialist

Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content

Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines

Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community

Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation

Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback.
