Requirements: 5 years experience in a busy kitchen. Own transport. Computer literate. Must have portfolio of both plated and take away meals with references. Must be able to work late at times (12am) and start early (5am start). Strong written and spoken grasp of the English language, Eye for design, Problem solving, Multi-tasking, Able to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
