CMT Supervisor. Berea & Musgrave, Durban City, Company Name: LM Clothing, Minimum 3 years’ work experience as Supervisor in a textile CMT factory or similar. Own transport. Oversee full production line and manage machinist team. Inspects work for adherence to specifications.

Train workers in assembly of new style garments. Troubleshoot problems that occur during production and instruct & communicate accordingly with management and technical support. 

Manage and oversee all production according to production plan and delivery schedule to ensure deadlines and output targets are met. Maintains records and production paperwork. Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy. Ensuring that all equipment and materials are in order. Assist with interviewing and hands-on evaluation of potential new employees. Overseeing stock management

Keeping employee attendance. Technical knowledge of sewing machines and operations. May be required to work overtime & weekends when required\ If we do not contact you back then you have not been selected for the position.
