Our well-established client is looking for a young dynamic Operations/Warehouse Supervisor with 4-5 years’ experience. Must have all-round Warehouse experience (Receiving, dispatch, etc.) Must have own vehicle and driver license.

Salary: R20 000 to R22 000 CTC per month

Working Hours: 8am to 4pm M-T 8am to 3pm F

Minimum Requirements: 4-5 years experience as Operations/Warehouse Supervisor. Must have your own vehicle and driver’s license. SAGE / Pastel experience.

Key Duties: This person will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will oversee and supervise most aspects of the daily operational functions. The position requires a person with strong communication, administrative and supervisory skills and the ability to be able to work under pressure as they will be the link between the warehouse operations and the Management team They will also need to be able to communicate and give operational information to sales reps and the Financial Manager as required.

Excellent time management and punctuality are essential for this position. Other functions include inventory control and general security, supervising and controlling the daily activities of the entire warehouse team and drivers, training new staff, health and safety controls, dealing with customers’ operational queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
