Type of Employment: Permanent Core purpose of the job. To render a professional funeral arranging service, to meet client requirements in order to maximize the profit and turnover of the branch.

Minimum requirements: Matric. Valid Driver’s license. 3 years’ experience in a funeral arranging role. Sales and Marketing experience, Strong coordination, administration and customer service experience. Strong logistical experience (process and control ability), Computer literate. Excellent verbal and written skills. Proficient in English.

Key Performance Areas. Funeral preparation. Funeral Arranging Meeting – meet with the families of the deceased to discuss funeral arrangements and requests. Analyse monthly financial performance and determine any discrepancies. Compare actual budget vs budgeted figures, Determine whether action plans were sufficient. Discuss variance with superior and revise action plans. Ensure all debtors are authorized according to companies credit policy,

Online purchasing system – sign off the purchase order / requisitions etc. Stock control – monthly stock taking must be done manual and reconciled with DovesNet stock level report, Asset control – update asset register on a monthly basis, Marketing, New business policy sales.
