Assistant Front Office Manager, Receptionist at 5* Guesthouse, Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands. Company Name: Wedge View Country House and Spa. We are looking to employ an assistant front office manager/receptionist at our 5* Guesthouse/Boutique Hotel in the middle of the vineyards in Vlottenburg, Stellenbosch.

Requirements: A degree or diploma in Hospitality preferable  or  1-2 years’ Experience in the Front Office department/Reception in a recognizable establishment. Excellent Communicator and Effective Leader. Fully computer literate in MS Word and Excel and knowledge of Room raccoon Reservation system is an advantage. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Afrikaans, Dutch and/or German would be an advantage. Prepared to work shifts and weekends and public holidays.

Must have a valid Driver’s license and own vehicle and reside in or near Stellenbosch. Keen sense of attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet the requirements of the position. Assist in supervising and managing staff such interns, housekeepers and maintenance workers and waitering experience is an advantage. Energetic, honest, intelligent and be willing to undertake a variety of tasks associated with the running of a large and busy guest house.
