Technical Sales Consultant, Johannesburg CBD, Johannesburg. Company Name: Simglobal Group (Pvt) Ltd. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious sales expert who wants to reach new heights in their personal and career growth.

Your key responsibilities: Achievement of agreed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Phone cold & new leads from our inbound & online campaigns. Qualify leads and apply the appropriate next steps / solution.

Follow up on customer enquiries: Communicate telephonically and via email. Set up onsite assessments for the project managers. Set up onsite assessments and meet with prospective clients at their homes to discuss their lift needs and requirements as well as to close the deal. Build and maintain good customer relationships with new and existing clients. Update the CRM system with customer information and project details. Weekly sales reporting to the Sales Manager.

Compile client quotations, handle all sales admin and closing of sales (signed quotations, deposit payments, sales agreements and balance payments). Liaise with project managers & the relevant internal stakeholders and follow up on existing projects until installations are complete. Generate & send out deposit and balance invoices for your projects within the required time lines.

Follow up on outstanding deposit and balance payments. What we are looking for: / competencies: Proven track record in sales. Experience in selling high value and luxury items is a necessity.

An excellent communicator: Meticulous / attention to detail and good time management skills, Ambitious and hard-working individual who is willing to learn & grow. “Can do” attitude and comfortable with cold calling. Solutions driven / problem solving skills. Technically minded with exposure to the lift or construction industry a bonus but not a necessity. You will receive all the necessary training required.

Empathetic, organized and able to work in a structured environment yet have flexibility when changes arise. Entrepreneurial, confident and innovative

Team player, Accountable and ethical, Reliable and adaptable. Proficient in Microsoft office suite and has previously worked on a CRM system and internet-based applications (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Team Up, Google Maps).

Excellent verbal and written skills, English & Afrikaans speaking, Willingness to travel within South Africa for business purposes. Code 08 Driver’s license and own vehicle.
