No how to do big jobs to the smallest spot repairs and blending skills. Must be confident in what he does and be flexible in learning new things. Attention to detail and cleanliness is key - if do not posses these skills please do not apply. Understand paints and able to work with any type of paint and clears. Must be able to work under pressure.

Able to manage a team is advantageous. Able to understand and meet deadlines. This job is a full time permanent job but please if you do not meet the above requirements do not apply - you will be put through an assessment as well.
