Requirements: Matric (Grade 12). Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans. Computer literate. Must be able to work in a team environment. Call centre or retail experience will be advantageous. No criminal record. Must be based in Helderberg area or have their own transport if based outside Helderberg region or within easy public transport range. Able to work under pressure.

General Task: Offer clients product and system support. Deal with customer queries. Manage emails and incoming calls. Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (No public Holidays).
