The perfect candidate will be Analytical and detail driven. Has excellent accounting skills and knowledge. Ability to multitask and thrive and work accurately under pressure. Duties will not only include Incanda’s administration, but also 2 of it’s subsidiaries.

Duties for Incanda will include but not be limited to: Invoice payment, Capturing bank statements, Creditor recons. Interest journals on hire purchases, loan accounts and payment of same. Liaising with auditors and doing audit journals. Asset register and depreciation. Associated financial admin.

Duties for Subsidiaries will include the following but not limited to: Bookkeeping to trail balance on Evolution. VAT recons and payments. Recon of bank statements. Recurring invoices. Asset registers and depreciation .Debtors and Creditors. Interest journals on hire purchases and internal loans. Liaising with auditors.

Related admin Essential qualifications, skills and experience: Diploma in Accounting required (a degree will be advantageous). Approximately 5 years' relevant accounting and company admin experience. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English). Own reliable transport. Senior Accounting & Admin Officer.
