IR interventions done timeously and accurately. Support Company Transformation Plan Strategy. Identification of HPI’s and Personal Development Plans (PDP) created. Coaching and mentoring of HPI’s.

Create PDP’s for all staff. Regular review and feedback sessions with action plans to meet PDP outcomes. Staff productivity monitoring and management. Manage time & attendance according to Company Policies. Implement reward & recognition programme.
